Business Intelligence Engineer

Celigo is seeking an Integration Engineer - Partner Success in Hyderabad, India. The role involves working directly with customers and Celigo teammates to implement integrator.io, their Next-Generation Integration Platform. The engineer will customize and develop custom integrations between cloud-based systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Amazon, and more. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar software engineering education, 2 or more years of software engineering experience, and experience working with external customers. They should also possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be a fast learner, and have a genuine interest in technology and business applications. The responsibilities include developing custom business solutions and integrations, gathering requirements, customizing existing cloud systems, mapping data sets, performing end-to-end testing, providing support and training to customers. Familiarity with Object-Oriented Java is preferred.

• Develop custom business solutions and integrations
• Communicate directly with customers to gather requirements and design solutions
• Customize existing cloud systems to meet the business needs of the customer
• Work directly with customers to map data sets
• Utilize Celigo's integrator.io platform to integrate systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Amazon, and many more
• Perform end-to-end testing of the solution
• Provide go-live support, general support, and knowledge transfer to customers
• Training customers on the usage of Celigo's Integration platform

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar software engineering education/training
• 2 or more years of experience as a software engineer
