About The Position
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the position involves designing and testing BI Dashboards and reports for various levels of CCHC users. The role requires maintaining and supporting data analytics platforms, creating and modifying visualizations and reports for requested projects, and interfacing regularly with the IT department regarding data warehousing, upgrade testing, and recurring reporting requirements. The individual will research and resolve data issues as needed, optimize and deliver data in various mediums, and develop and update technical documentation. Coordination with users and IT to develop new data models as directed is also essential. The position leverages system functionality to create analytical dashboards and educates other Finance/BI staff members on data visualizations and system functionality. A strong understanding of business requirements is necessary to translate them into technical specifications. Building strong, collaborative team relationships with Finance, Operations, and Leadership is crucial, as the individual will jointly develop dashboards, ensure the accuracy of analyses, and promote data understanding. The role also involves creating new operational reports, coordinating with the BI/Finance team to meet organizational goals, conducting upgrade testing and troubleshooting, and performing other work-related duties as required. Consistent service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers, and co-workers is expected. The individual will challenge current working practices, identify process improvement opportunities, and present recommendations and solutions to management, engaging in the organization's culture of continuous improvement. Confidentiality of information is paramount.
