About The Position

The Business Health System Specialist maintains the Business Health data base system which supports the Occupational Health, Employee Assistance and Wellness Teams. This includes interacting with clients as needed, establishing and revising existing accounts, updating fee coding and all aspects of monthly accounts payable invoicing. The System Specialist is responsible for providing end-user training and training materials for the Systoc and supporting the day-to-day operation of the system. In addition, the Business Health System Specialist supports all aspects of the database system for the current and future Regional Occupational Health Programs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Employee Assistance accounts, database, registration, scheduling and billing procedures.
• Completion of an Associate Degree in Healthcare Business Services or equivalent with emphasis on billing practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Adult Education beneficial.
• Proficiency with database management.
• Computer literate in general business systems applications.
