About The Position

The Business Development Representative at Brentwood Hospital is responsible for optimizing the utilization of the hospital's continuum of care by developing and maintaining direct referral relationships within designated markets. This role involves establishing contact with potential referral sources, cultivating relationships, and actively supporting the hospital's referral development program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science or Bachelor's of Arts degree required.
• Prior military experience required.
• Three years of mental health experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in business development for at least 1 year.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with potential referral sources and identify viable referral sources within target markets.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective referral sources to encourage the use of Brentwood's services.
• Support the hospital's ongoing referral development program and provide suggestions for staff assignments to referral teams.
• Assist the supervisor in carrying out marketing activities and participate in additional assignments as necessary.
• Offer assistance to co-workers and supervisors when appropriate.
