About the position
This role as a Business Development Representative at Contentful is a unique opportunity to be one of the first points of contact for customers and prospects. The successful candidate will research and understand the market, drive digital transformation, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with Regional Sales Executives, the role involves hunting for new business in the DACH Region and attending the Contentful training program. The role requires strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to meet or exceed targets. - 1+ years experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Marketing, SaaS experience preferred
- Strong team player with a self-starter attitude
- Fluent English & German language skills are a must
- Multi-lingual preferred
- Enthusiastic, engaging communicator comfortable working with large groups
- Excellent demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- A positive outlook with a "scoreboard mentality" of wanting visible and measurable success
- Excellent listening skills and coachability
- Ability to stay flexible and productive in a fast-changing environment with multiple priorities
- Use of physical fitness budget to support physical wellness
