About The Position

The Field Sales Executive at Quill is responsible for driving new revenue growth by acquiring new customers in the public sector and commercial market within the state of Arizona. This role involves developing territory penetration strategies, qualifying prospects, and presenting Quill's value propositions to potential clients. The position requires strong sales skills, adaptability, and a customer-first attitude to meet and exceed sales quotas while fostering a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-starter with results-oriented mindset
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and handle rejection effectively

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers.
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance to meet revenue goals.
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers.
  • Utilize marketing collateral to create engaging presentations.
  • Attend conferences, tradeshows, and events to represent Quill and acquire new customers.
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high-growth commercial customers.
  • Leverage education contracts and partnerships to acquire new education customers.
  • Ensure smooth transition to the account management team upon customer commitment.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, including activity logs and pipeline.
  • Seek continuous improvement through coaching and collaboration with peers.
  • Champion company values and services to drive revenue growth.
