About the position
We are looking for a Marketing Acquisition / Growth Manager who will play a crucial role in launching Heycar in France. The responsibilities of this role include developing and optimizing user and customer acquisition campaigns across various channels, setting up and connecting product feeds to advertising channels, acquiring and implementing campaigns with affiliate partners, managing end-to-end channel operations, and utilizing analytics tools to gather actionable insights and explore new acquisition channels. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in performance marketing, strong skills in Excel and Google Analytics, and a background in data/BI.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize user and customer acquisition campaigns in France on various channels such as SEA (Google, Bing, etc.), Display, Youtube, Social Ads (Facebook, Instagram), etc.
- Set up and connect product feeds to advertising channels.
- Acquire and implement campaigns with affiliate/syndication partners.
- Manage channels end-to-end, including developing channel strategy, defining targeting, managing creatives, setting up campaigns, implementing tracking and analysis, optimizing campaigns, measuring performance, and gathering insights for future campaigns and A/B tests.
- Collect data on traffic, expenses, and conversions from various sources (publishers, Google Analytics, databases, etc.) for regular reporting (weekly, monthly).
- Use analytics tool to obtain actionable insights, proactively search for potential acquisition channels, and test new campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have 2 to 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing paid media campaigns (CPM/CPC/CPA) for marketplaces, e-commerce, or classified ads.
- Possess strong Excel and Google Analytics skills, and have experience working with data/BI.
- Understand different models.
Requirements
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle démontrable dans le marketing à la performance sur la gestion des campagnes de médias payants CPM/CPC/CPA, pour les places de marché, le e-commerce ou les petites annonces.
- Solides compétences en Excel, en calcul et en Google Analytics, habitué à travailler dans le domaine des données/BI.
