The person in this position will prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential members. They must develop a rapport with local businesses and provide support that will continually improve the relationship with them. This person will grow select employer groups by presenting new solutions and services to their employees. They must manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the Credit Union can provide, and of the Credit Union's competitors. Also, every employee is responsible for fulfilling our Mission Statement: To improve the financial well-being of our members, while providing world class service.
