Business Development Manager (LATAM)

This role is responsible for managing and driving the growth of Vonage's A2P SMS business in the LATAM market. The successful candidate will develop and implement the business development strategy, including onboarding new suppliers and nurturing partnerships with key regional players and Mobile Operators. They will collaborate with the Enterprise sales and Carrier teams to support the delivery of regional financial goals and new market development. Additionally, they will provide market knowledge and analysis for A2P monetization deals and demonstrate leadership in developing and growing the team's KPIs.

• Own the business development strategy in the region, including management, revenue growth, and strategic direction of the A2P SMS business.
• Hunt and onboard new suppliers, nurture and develop partnerships with key regional players and Mobile Operators, and identify exclusive opportunities in the SMS space.
• Position Vonage as a preferred partner with Mobile Network Operators.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise sales and Carrier teams to coordinate strategy and support the delivery of regional financial goals and new market development.
• Provide market knowledge, data analysis, and commercial projections for A2P monetization deals.
• Develop and grow the Team KPIs.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the CpaaS market and SMS wholesale business.
