Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team at HyprMX, the supply-side division of Jun Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new partnerships and nurturing existing ones. The ideal candidate is outgoing, determined, and interested in digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to pitch HyprMX services to partners worldwide, organize meetings, and represent the company at industry events. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on business development experience and contribute to the growth of our business.

• Initiate relationships with demand sources and lead mobile app developers
• Generate leads, develop prospects, and build a business funnel
• Organize and lead calls and in-person meetings
• Oversee client setups, optimize performance, and manage relationships on an on-going basis
• Represent HyprMX at industry events and conferences

• 1-2 years experience in account management, sales development, business development or partnerships
• Passion for apps, games, and digital advertising
• Excellent communication and writing skills
