About The Position

The Business Consultant for Exit Strategy at Exit Factor is responsible for assisting small to medium-sized business owners in enhancing their companies' profit, efficiency, and value in preparation for future sales. This role involves engaging with potential clients, conducting 1:1 consulting sessions, and utilizing a proprietary consulting system. The position offers flexibility, allowing consultants to design their schedules while working remotely, and provides access to extensive training and support.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous business consulting or coaching experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including conducting Zoom presentation meetings.
• Experience in a customer-facing role or a passion for customer interaction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly strong phone skills.
• Enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
• Proactive, driven, and competitive mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom, and Slack.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with business valuations.
• Familiarity with online consulting programs.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with potential Exit Factor members.
• Conducting 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following the Exit Factor system.
• Providing additional resources in our online curriculum to enhance sessions.
• Participating in initial training and certification and continuing education.
• Working closely with the Member Services team to ensure great customer service.
