About The Position

Over the course of 11 weeks, a select group of college and university students will join us, gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbro's beloved brands, gaining meaningful work-experience through day-to-day training, hands-on projects, executive exposure, individual development planning, and mentorship. Our program runs between June 9 - August 22, 2025, and our internships are paid! We have an opening for a summer undergraduate Business Analyst intern on our Sales, Planning and Operations team. Join our team of experienced business operators to identify business needs and help drive solutions!

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar tools) is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong interest in business processes, data analysis, and technology.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL (or other query languages).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and detailing business requirements for new projects and initiatives using Power Query and Power BI.
• Collaborate with the commercial business unit to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to commercial team members.
• Assist with testing and validation of new solutions and systems.
• Support the creation of Power BI dashboards and functional specifications for sales teams.
