Business Analytics Associate

We are seeking a Business Analytics Associate to join our team at Beyond Finance. As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for turning analytics into actionable insights and collaborating with various departments to deliver impactful analysis. The role involves conducting analysis on operational challenges, redefining company KPIs, and working closely with product and operations teams to define tests and report findings. A Bachelor's degree in business or an analytical field, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required. Experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics, as well as proficiency in SQL, R or Python, and BI/Data Visualization tools, are preferred.

• Conduct and present analysis on major operational challenges and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions for non-analytical partners
• Re-define and challenge company KPIs that are critical to achieving company and business unit goals
• Work closely with the product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design, and report findings to senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, or other analytical field with a GPA of 3.2+
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to focus on highest-value initiatives and manage competing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to see opportunities where others see challenges
• Driven by outcomes, rather than output
• Thrives in a fast-paced agile environment
• Strong data skills including Excel, dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentation
• Proven work experience in marketing, product, strategy, or business analytics
• Experience in consulting, financial services, fintech, or a high growth start-up
• Proficiency with SQL, R or Python, and BI/Data Visualization tool (Looker, Tableau)
