Requirements

  • Familiarity with SQL, Jira, ADO, or other business analysis tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Retail, Finance, IT, or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, CSM, CSPO).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with the technical team to define system specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for stakeholders and development teams.
  • Engage with product managers, engineers, designers, and leadership for seamless communication.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases and executing tests.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies.
