About The Position

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst-Pricing/Data Analytics. This role focuses on pricing and cost analysis for aircraft engine overhauls, identifying cost-optimization opportunities, and improving financial performance. It involves analyzing key cost drivers, optimizing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders for actionable insights.

Requirements

• MBA / master's in economics, statistics, mathematics and other relevant subjects.
• Degree in Aviation Management or B.Tech/BE/M.Tech, Aeronautical Engineering preferred.
• Experience as analyst.

Nice To Haves

• Hands on experience on Advanced Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point.
• Knowledge of a programming language like Python, R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract pricing/cost analysis and compute costs across key buckets.
• Understand proposal/contract details, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze billings, cost, revenue, and margins to eliminate non-compliant elements.
• Identify and streamline non-value-added activities (NVAs) in processes.
• Client/Stakeholder management, participate in reviews with stakeholders after identifying opportunities.
• Identify and analyze areas for cost reduction opportunities, Investigate top cost drivers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, strong presentation skills with clear and concise communication.
• Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working.

Benefits

• The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.
