About the position

Responsibilities
- Leverage Airbnb's proprietary data to build knowledge of Community Support and identify insights for addressing operational issues
- Analyze complex business problems and translate them into analytical problem statements
- Craft compelling narratives to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Plan and execute A/B experiments and utilize statistical analysis to derive conclusive results
- Develop monitoring dashboards to track key performance indicators related to experimentation
- Develop automated dashboards to streamline and simplify ad hoc tasks and enhance operational efficiency
- Provide timely project updates to stakeholders
- Share key ideas and learnings in diverse forums to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex business problems
- Proficiency in leveraging data to identify insights and address operational issues
- Experience in conducting A/B experiments and utilizing statistical analysis
- Ability to develop monitoring dashboards and track key performance indicators
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
- Proficiency in developing automated dashboards to enhance operational efficiency
- Willingness to share ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Airbnb community support and industry
