About The Position

A position is available for a Building Supervisor with Community Education working evenings, weekend days, and evenings. Under the direction of the Mankato Area Public Schools Facility Use Policy and Community Education Director, the Building Supervisor is responsible for high-quality customer service and the safety and security of MAPS buildings and activity participants. Responsible for the setting up and taking down of event space used which includes some cleaning. Problem solves any issues that may come up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to transport self to locations of work throughout the District.
• Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work professionally under pressure.
• Ability to set up and take down equipment.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and custodian personnel.
• Completion of Red Cross First Aid and CPR training (provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service.
• Ensure the safety and security of MAPS buildings and activity participants.
• Set up and take down event space, including some cleaning.
• Problem solve any issues that may arise.

Benefits

• $16.00 per hour.
