Requirements

• At least 2 years of Budtender experience.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt to change and champion new initiatives.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with web-based sales applications (e.g., Leaflogix or other POS platforms).
• Valid MED Badge and compliance with legal regulations for retail cannabis.
