About the position
We are currently seeking a Brand Manager to join our FanDuel Canada team. This role is crucial in defining the brand positioning for our casino vertical and driving brand affinity through high-quality campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working on competitive brands and possess a long-term strategic vision. Responsibilities include analyzing consumer insights, shaping brand positioning and creative strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying informed on market trends, measuring campaign performance, and developing cross-sell opportunities with the FanDuel Sportsbook team. A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant brand-building experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer insights via first- and third-party data to develop effective marketing campaigns to increase player engagement and retention.
- Shape the brand positioning, communication, and creative strategy across all consumer touchpoints.
- Work closely with the product and content team to understand player behavior to optimize delivery of our reasons to believe within the marketplace.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional departments to plan, develop, and execute fully integrated and strategic marketing campaigns that support ongoing business needs.
- Stay current on market trends and industry activity and ensure the broader marketing team is informed of critical nuances.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs, while building a reporting structure that distributes these metrics among key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the FanDuel Sportsbook team to develop and execute cross-sell opportunities.
