Brand Designer

As the Brand Designer at 7shifts, you will play a crucial role in visually representing the company across various brand touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include creating visually stunning designs for multimedia projects, such as the website, marketing collateral, trade shows, campaigns, and social media. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic while focusing on the customer perspective. This role requires a strong background in digital design and the ability to manage multiple projects and connect with necessary stakeholders.

• Conceptualize, iterate, prototype, and test design solutions for websites, brand campaigns, events, and more
• Ground design work in a deep understanding of the brand and strategic insights
• Influence the team with unique and innovative design solutions
• Collaborate with team members, agencies, and cross-functional teams to understand project needs and move work forward
• Balance multiple project assignments or business challenges with a steady disposition
• Stay updated on brand design, web design, and technology trends
• Apply best practices for web UI/UX and accessibility standards to optimize website performance
• Solve problems creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Clearly communicate design vision and creative intent
• Seek feedback to improve design quality and effectiveness

• 6+ years of experience in a creative/designer role in the B2B, SaaS space
• Broad awareness of brand design, web design, and technology trends
• Solid understanding of best practices for web UI/UX, including accessibility standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to clearly communicate design vision and creative intent
