About The Position

The Branch Manager at PNC is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of branch performance, including growth activities, relationship management, and team development. Requirements

  • University/college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of industry-relevant experience, with 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of branch banking services and digital awareness.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven sales management and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead branch priorities to drive performance and growth activities.
  • Execute relationship management activities with consumer and business clients to grow sales and revenue.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team to drive acquisition and mitigate risk.
  • Identify and implement client solutions through proactive and reactive discovery conversations.
  • Utilize contact management strategies to enhance client engagement and communication.
  • Regularly meet with internal business partners to review business results and pipeline management.
  • Drive business banking results through community involvement and outside business development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Build a high-performing team through effective talent development and performance management.
