About The Position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position involves overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs in both center-based and in-home settings. The role is designed for individuals passionate about behavior analysis and dedicated to making a positive impact on clients' lives. The BCBA will manage various clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to company protocols and guidelines while providing supervision and support to staff and clients.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience with Discrete Trial Teaching, Verbal Behavior, and Natural Environment Teaching with children on the Autism Spectrum.
  • Ability to supervise and train direct service staff and parents.
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills.
  • Willingness to drive and have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to learn multiple new systems quickly and with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients for in-home ABA services using various assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Descriptive Analyses in school and home settings.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, programs, and data systems based on assessment outcomes.
  • Graph and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data.
  • Develop, write, and present Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) using current empirically validated procedures.
  • Provide behavior services to clients in schools as specified by the client's Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
  • Supervise behavior technicians, clinical interns, and other service staff to analyze and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Review and evaluate the performance of staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plans.
  • Monitor and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide training and support to behavior technicians, teachers, and parents in various settings.
  • Lead team meetings and case conferences.
  • Monitor and maintain timelines for report submission and authorizations for assessment and services.
  • Adhere to timesheet submission and file maintenance requirements.
  • Manage and maintain caseload.
  • Participate in Clinical Meetings and ongoing Continuing Education opportunities.
