Responsibilities

  • Completing assessments and developing comprehensive behavior plans to achieve quality of life goals.
  • Implementing behavior plans through direct intervention and supervision of support staff.
  • Collecting data via PBS data collection systems.
  • Completing assessments, developing written reports and updates, and conducting graphical analyses within designated timelines.
  • Providing caregiver training when applicable.
  • Supervising behavior assistants and/or RBTs.
  • Collaborating with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention when applicable.
  • Attending regional meetings held by PBS Corp.
  • Completing session progress notes in a timely manner.
