About The Position

Provide direct technical contribution and support towards the development and validation of new Cardiac Assist products and concepts as they relate to the discipline of Bio-medical Engineering.

Requirements

• Currently a junior or senior student attending a 4-year undergraduate program, or working towards a Master's degree in a related life science field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Experience in Engineering lab environment, and lab report writing.
• Excellent written, communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Advanced proficiency: MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams

Responsibilities

• Data collection, presentation and evaluation of Intra-Aortic Balloon algorithms (40%)
• Interpretation of System Requirements and Executing System Test plans (40%)
• Assist in providing data to support claim of Substantial Equivalence to predicate devices (10%)
• Update and provide status on Agile Jira pulse board, participate in team meetings (10%)
