About The Position

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our Bilingual Recruiter. We are looking for someone who can fluently speak English and Spanish. We are also looking for someone who wants to be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• A can-do positive attitude is required

Nice To Haves

• Industrial or Craft Experience is a plus
• Call center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Communicate with applicants utilizing direct calls and social media
• Prescreen candidates using the appropriate tests to determine skill level and ensure the candidate is a strong fit for the position
• Updating applicant information, and recording screening/interview notes. Must enter applicant data accurately and efficiently into the recruiting database
• Verification of applicant certifications
• Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
• Actively involved in the on-site hiring process when necessary
