About The Position

Dreamstyle Remodeling Inc. is actively seeking licensed bath installers to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. As the top remodeling company in the country by sales, we have a wealth of projects and are looking for talented tradespeople like you to meet growing demand. As a partner with Dreamstyle Remodeling, you'll receive pre-sold products directly from our distribution center and be responsible for the complete installation of our premium bath and remodeling systems in our customers' homes. Your focus will be entirely on installations—no sales, no collections, just your expertise and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• General Contractor's License.
• General Liability Insurance Policy and Bond.
• Your own tools, truck, or work van. These will be necessary for moving materials to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Introduce yourself to customers and explain the installation services you'll be providing.
• Receive, inspect, and transport materials to the customer's home.
• Perform bathroom demolition and installation of our solid surface wall systems, including removing old tubs and tiles, installing new valves and p-traps, and fitting new walls and shower pans.
• Install bathroom hardware such as grab bars, shower doors, seats, and shelves.
• Manage the installation project from start to finish, documenting work, collecting final payments, and submitting invoices.
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience to ensure 5-star reviews.
