About the position
TransferGo is seeking an ambitious and bright Back-End Engineer to design, build, and operate services in a cloud-native environment. The engineer will have a great level of autonomy and will work closely with product managers and UX designers to develop modern and scalable software. The role offers the opportunity to learn from senior software engineers and contribute to the growth of a fintech company.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate services in a cloud-native, service-oriented environment
- Contribute to system design, implementation approach, and production operations of services
- Work closely with product managers and UX designers to build modern and scalable software
- Collaborate with senior software engineers, engineering, and product managers
- Deliver quality software solutions
- Build products used by people
- Communicate effectively in English
- Stay enthusiastic about technology and best engineering practices
- Grow knowledge in scaling fintech companies
- Prioritize customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Help colleagues and the company succeed through trust and transparency
- Take risks, learn from mistakes, and take ownership of work
- Foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in delivering quality software solutions
- Enjoy building products used by people
- Good communicator and able to use English effectively at work
- Enthusiastic about technology and best engineering practices
- Passionate to grow knowledge in scaling fintech companies
