Client Reporting’s Performance Measurement Team (PMT) ensures the accuracy and quality of client account performance data, which is visible to both internal and external clients via Citi Private Bank’s online applications and various reporting channels. PMT validates performance across multiple levels, including total group, account, asset class, sub-asset class, and security level, while also handling inquiries related to client performance and benchmark assignments. The Custom Performance Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating bespoke/supplemental reports requested by Citi Private Bank clients. The role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Effective communication and diplomacy are essential, as the analyst will engage with internal stakeholders to exchange complex and sometimes sensitive information.
