About The Position

The AVP Business Solution Analyst for Insurance Core Systems will be the head of the Business Requirements Delivery team for the core Insurance systems at Everest. The AVP Business Solution Analyst will work across the Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting business functions for Reinsurance, as well as work in close collaboration with our Technology colleagues to understand needed business capabilities, organize and drive efforts to define, scope, and size business system solutions, and deliver business system requirements as part of implementation efforts. Additionally, the AVP Business Solution Analyst will ensure adherence to Business Architecture processes and artifact standards. The AVP Business Solution Analyst will be accountable managing a team of analysts and fostering a culture of execution excellence that engages in and supports a collaborative working environment across the multidisciplinary teams delivering business systems for Everest Reinsurance.

Requirements

• 8-10 years' experience working with complex Insurance solutions and systems in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in executing processes supporting business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Strong adherence to standards and delivery of high-quality artifacts.
• Deep experience in technology project management.
• Experience in Agile methodology processes, practices, and artifacts.
• Demonstrated experience in large technology implementation efforts.
• Strong ability to lead through influence.
• Demonstrated experience leading in large multi-disciplinary team environments.
• Leadership and management experience of a team of Business Solution Analysts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Requirements Delivery team for core Insurance systems.
