About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Associate at Fury Motors, you will be an integral part of our sales team, assisting customers in their car-buying journey. Requirements

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership showroom or sales lot
• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers
• Conduct test drives and highlight key features and benefits of different models
• Explain product performance, application, benefits, and all optional equipment available
• Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions
• Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete sales transactions
• Introduce customers to service department personnel after vehicle purchase to emphasize quality and efficiency of service maintenance
• Attend sales meetings, sales training, and product training as requested
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Be present when vehicles are delivered to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Follow up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, special requests, etc., to ensure that all customer expectations are met
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Encourage repeat and referral business
