About the position
We are seeking testing specialists with experience in automation scripting, automation framework, and coding to join our team. As a BJSS test engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing testing frameworks, scripting automated tests, and working collaboratively with other engineers in a continuous build environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java or other scripting languages, software testing tools, cloud DevOps environments, and end-to-end Agile software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, design and implementation of testing frameworks
- Script automated tests and work collaboratively with other engineers in a continuous build environment
- Work in a fast-paced agile team, implementing best practices across testing and automation to deliver solutions that utilise coding principles and patterns
- Have expertise and confidence to work with a range of partners across diverse business and technology communities
- Have experience in Java, or other scripting languages such as C#, Python, Ruby, SQL
- Have experience in software testing tools (e.g. jBehave, jUnit, Cucumber, Specflow, jMeter, Gatling, Appium etc.)
- Have experience in Cloud DevOps environments such as AWS, Azure etc.
- Have experience in end-to-end Agile software delivery including analysis, enterprise development, build & deployment, and support.
