Responsibilities

• Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
• Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities in complex files across multiple lines.
• Evaluate settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices; make decisions on the best option.
• Build mastered relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines.
