About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technical skills.
• Ability to work independently while balancing appropriate collaboration with leadership oversight.

Responsibilities

• Audit freight invoices for various carrier modes.
• Identify, submit, track, and resolve overcharges and pricing issues with carrier invoices.
• Track and report recurring issues and themes.
• Reconcile carrier invoices.
• Comprehend carrier pricing, rules tariffs, contract rates, and NMFC/commodity identification for true cost of items shipped.
• Dispute invoice discrepancies with carriers.
• Report any rating issues within eShipping's Transportation Management System.
• Field questions regarding variances to customers upon request.
• Perform invoice entry and other administrative duties as required.
