• Perform various project management tasks such as developing reports, trend reports, meeting notes, and contact reports

• Engage with clients and agency partners to create innovative programs and reach new audiences

• Execute messaging specific to client needs
• Build and maintain media relationships to drive earned media coverage
• Spot opportunities, brainstorm action plans, and understand content that drives coverage and conversations
• Develop an understanding of media competencies and create media plans
• Track and maintain media results through reporting
• Provide assistance with event logistics
• Write, edit, and translate content in English and Simplified Chinese
• Draft press materials and proofread client-related documents
• Work effectively in a team environment and contribute ideas to strategic plans and new business proposals
• Develop an understanding of agency finance planning and interpret client requirements
• Keep the team updated on industry trends and digital landscape updates
• Take initiative and anticipate potential issues and opportunities
