About The Position

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) for Surgical Workflows Infection Control at Getinge is responsible for sales and support of the Surgical Table and Ultrasonic Ultra Clean product portfolios. This role involves collaborating with Territory Managers to meet sales targets, providing product training, and supporting customer presentations and equipment demonstrations. The ATM will work in a matrix environment under the supervision of Territory Managers and report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, primarily serving the Northern California and Northern Nevada areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 1 year of work experience preferred, including internship experience or student leadership positions.
  • 1 year of applicable B2B and/or medical sales experience relevant to the product line, including direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Understanding of specified functional area and application of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly demanding matrix environment.
  • Strong presentation skills, including teaching and speaking to groups.
  • Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Experience in medical sales or related fields.
  • Familiarity with surgical workflows and infection control products.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Territory Managers to meet or exceed sales targets for the Surgical Tables and Ultra Clean product portfolios.
  • Support Territory Managers in day-to-day activities to help them focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide in-servicing for Infection Control and Surgical Equipment, troubleshoot issues, and create quotes for Territory Managers.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering customer presentations and equipment demonstrations.
  • Monitor and update individual forecasted sales data weekly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist Territory Managers in providing Return on Investment (ROI) and business case information for purchasing decisions.
  • Manage forecasting, monitoring, closing, and post-sales support of territory business.
  • Promote all Getinge product offerings, including equipment lines, training programs, and service contracts.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales opportunities with Territory Managers and the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
