About The Position
The Associate Relations Consultant Sr. will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues including but not limited to: investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other issues. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
