About the position
2K Games is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager, Mobile to join their Core Games Team. This role will involve supporting the Product Marketing function for unannounced mobile games, coordinating marketing initiatives, and driving business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile gaming marketing strategies and enjoy working collaboratively to create innovative marketing programs. This position will be based in Novato, California and will require onsite work three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Build and support the development of go-to-market campaigns and LiveOps marketing for mobile games
- Drive execution through effective project management of marketing campaigns
- Partner with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to communicate plans and ensure alignment
- Develop and manage relationships with external UA vendors
- Manage and organize key marketing/campaign documents
- Activate live marketing support channels across email and SMS
- Coordinate App Store Optimization testing and evaluate results
- Manage the creative development process from start to finish
- Analyze performance, extract insights, and design testing plans of UA creative assets
- Partner with internal and external agencies to deliver marketing assets across multiple channels
- Ensure asset/copy review and approval from key stakeholders
- Compile a regular marketing research report with the latest best practices and recommendations
- Evaluate KPI performance and support PMM on recommendations
- Build an understanding of how different KPIs impact marketing performance
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in mobile marketing
- Experience developing and executing mobile gaming marketing strategies
- Ability to create innovative marketing programs based on consumer insights
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Knowledge of go-to-market campaigns and LiveOps marketing for mobile games
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization testing
- Experience managing creative development process and providing feedback
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance and extract insights
- Familiarity with marketing research and best practices
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on marketing performance
