About the position
The Associate Product Manager II will support marketing technology products and initiatives at 2U. They will be responsible for setting up and configuring marketing tech infrastructure, performing QA and UAT on new products, maintaining documentation and training materials, and providing support for product issues. Additionally, they will be involved in strategic planning, research, and continuous learning to improve marketing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. The role also includes product management responsibilities, relationship management with stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members. A bachelor's degree, project management experience, and strong technical and communication skills are required.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years Project Management experience
- Comfortable learning and discussing technical concepts
- Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of accessibility best practices
- Subject matter expertise in at least two focus areas
- 4 years HTML/CSS
- 4 years UI/UX
- 3 years Wordpress or other Content Management Systems
- Prior experience working on a 2U team
- Knowledge of Javascript and other programming languages
- Experience with web analytics, AdTech, and testing tools
