About the position
2K is seeking an experienced and passionate Associate Marketing Manager for Japan. The ideal candidate should have a background in community management within the mobile and F2P industry, with a focus on live operation of Strategy/Core games. They should possess strong community understanding, influencer relations, influencer marketing, and social network management skills. The main responsibilities of this role include engaging with local game communities, formulating community strategy, managing content, and maintaining relationships with key community advocates and influencers in Japan. The candidate will also be responsible for proposing and managing community engagement programs, executing influencer marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the community management of the assigned titles
- Own all the media (2K owned social channels on various platforms) of 2K's titles
- Build a content plan with the right message, tone, and timing
- Propose and manage community engagement programs
- Formulate long term and annual community growth strategies for the franchise
- Revise and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Manage community agencies
- Collect and update influencer information in a database
- Collaborate with other ROA marketing teams for combined GTM objective set within Asia marketing
- Establish community insights based on daily monitoring of community intel and analysis of related in-game data
- Stay updated on community marketing innovation
- Efficiently budget and control OPEX-related costs
- Support marketers with operation logistics (PO/PR/routing approval)
Requirements
- Experience as a community manager in the mobile and F2P industry
- Emphasis on live operation of Strategy/Core games with community understanding
- Experience in influencer relations and influencer marketing
- Proficiency in social network management
- Ability to formulate solid community strategy with ROI discipline
- Ability to engage with local game communities
- Ability to manage content and maintain relationships with key community advocates and influencers
- Ability to provide community sentiment and pulse to leadership and dev teams
- Responsible for community management of assigned titles
