About The Position

DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to help manage and grow our Group Solutions as part of DoorDash for Business. We are seeking someone who can generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach thousands of corporations and millions of employees. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, has a passion for and strength in analytics, and a strong sense of ownership.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, growth operations or related fields.
• Experience in subscription business or retention marketing is a plus.
• Ability to solve analytical problems quickly, experienced in SQL and/or Excel.
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and hitting goals.
• Experience defining scope and vision from ambiguous problems.
• Enjoy solving different types of problems and learning new skills.
• Ownership mentality with responsibility for outcomes.
• Bias towards action and ability to pivot based on new information.
• Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own a new corporate group solutions program offering end-to-end.
• Lead new initiatives and run experiments to improve adoption.
• Author long-term strategy roadmaps and translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Ensure continuous learning and execution.
• Innovate and work on product strategy within the Group Solutions pod.
• Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on new features and pricing.
• Build models to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments.
• Partner with teams to implement ideas into scalable products.
