The Associate Manager - Pipeline Analytics role at Novo Nordisk is designed to support the business through data-driven analytics and insight generation.   • Support the business through data-driven analytics and insight generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various management levels.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics in partnership with data strategy teams.
  • Utilize various data sets and systems to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop evidence-based communication materials such as slides, reports, and dashboards.
  • Provide clear recommendations for business partners.
  • Establish effective partnerships with business partners and associates.
  • Translate data and information into trends with business implications.
  • Explore new tools to gain efficiencies in deriving analytical insights.
  • Utilize existing analytic tools including Python, R, and Alteryx.
  • Collaborate closely with privacy and compliance to analyze patient-level data.
  • Identify gaps in current analytical pathways and recommend enhancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in analytics required; master's degree may satisfy years of experience requirements.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (SQL, Python, R) required.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI preferred) required.
  • Experience with IQVIA, Komodo, or Symphony and other secondary industry sources required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance processes.
