About The Position
The Associate Manager, Donor Relations strengthens relationships with individual donors and prospects through personalized communication and recognition programs to retain contributions, increase support, and acquire new supporters. This role is responsible for maximizing the engagement and financial contributions of individuals through direct response (mail and email) fundraising, targeted communications, automations, personalized outreach, meetings and events, and stewardship activities.
