About the position
This role is for an Associate Manager who will be responsible for leading strategic planning and driving customer experience initiatives for DoorDash's DashPass subscription business. They will report to the DashPass and VIP Experience Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize success metrics and implement strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to solve problems innovatively. They should also be organized, analytical, persuasive, and have at least 4 years of experience in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- Set the direction and strategy for the DashPass and VIP businesses
- Forecast and track key metrics for the DashPass and VIP businesses
- Collaborate on strategic, cross-cutting projects to ensure success
- Create the strategy for growth of DoorDash's top customer segments
- Create structure and solve problems in innovative ways
- Work across a breadth of disciplines and teams
- Analyze data and use it to make informed decisions
- Communicate effectively and persuasively
- Act with urgency and prioritize speed
- Do whatever it takes to win
- Have 4+ years of experience in a competitive or challenging environment.
