Associate Manager - Business Intelligence & Operations

The Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst role at Motive involves developing standardized sales reporting and analytics for Motive Card. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions using tools like Snowflake and Tableau. They will be responsible for extracting and cleansing data, building complex data sets, and developing automated, self-service dashboards. The role also involves identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining existing reporting processes to support Motive's growth and operational efficiency.

• Design and build complex data sets by extracting and cleansing data from various different systems.
• Work closely with IT to establish data pipelines for business critical KPIs.
• Develop automated, self-service dashboards using Snowflake and Tableau.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop analytical solutions to streamline/automate existing reporting.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs, seller productivity metrics, and business reviews.

• Experience in developing standardized sales reporting and analytics
