Associate Finance Manager

The job overview for this position is to work as an integral member of the finance team at Vim, reporting to the Director of Finance. The main responsibilities include assisting in structuring business KPIs, preparing business models, and participating in various ad hoc projects. The role also involves maintaining and updating revenue budgets, forecasts, and actual reporting, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Additionally, the position requires managing data validation, developing automated reports, and assisting in assessing current operations and implementing new processes.

• Assist in structuring business KPIs, preparation of business models, and various ad hoc projects
• Maintain and update the Revenue Budget, Forecast, and Actual reporting on an ongoing basis
• Play a pivotal part of the annual budgeting process globally, including expense monitoring
• Collaborate with the finance, HR and Sales Ops team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Manage data validation and develop automated reports in Tableau to support the business strategy execution and growth drivers
• Maintain and assist in developing analytical KPIs and reports to present productivity and efficiency measures
• Assist with MoM data validation for financial reporting in BI tools
• Own the monthly close process, data reporting and analysis required for billing, revenue and related reconciliation and forecasting
• Assist in assessing current operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance. An MBA is a plus
• At least 1-2 years of similar experience from FP&A departments in SaaS companies
• ERP system experience
