Your Mission The ABK Workplace Organization is part of Activision's CAO Organization and is responsible for delivering excellence through safe, cost-effective real estate strategies and services. With a portfolio of over 2 million sq. ft. across the globe, Activision's workplace is a critical component to delivering on the company's strategic goals while serving as a destination for employee collaboration and productivity. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead the development of employee experience programs that support our collaborative and diverse culture. This role is responsible for curating and managing purpose-driven workplace experiences across various project types, including client-facing, non-client-facing, and global in-house center locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elevating the employee's experience through strategic management of services, amenities, and programs that cater to both resident and hybrid workforces. As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will design and implement hospitality-focused initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. This role will be onsite, with possible travel required to assess and optimize program success across locations.
