About The Position
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all research and data efforts for the Center for Resiliency (CfR). This position will work closely with the CfR Executive Director in evaluating the Center's strategic plan effectiveness in the areas of research and data management in creating a data collaborative for the Southeast Texas Region. This position will establish, lead, and manage a data collaborative to provide the southeast Texas region with a knowledge repository that supports the community resilience to disaster. This position will provide leadership and oversight of a research hub consisting of internal Lamar University research teams and funded research teams from outside Lamar University.
