Associate Creative Director - Art

White Turtle Studio, a creative agency under the Trailer Park Group, is seeking an enthusiastic ACD, Art to join their static design team in Mumbai. The role involves visualizing and creating keyart designs for entertainment projects, while maintaining alignment with the organization's strategy and goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, communication skills, and time management abilities. They should also have a passion for entertainment art and design, stay updated with industry trends, and have experience in key art designing. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai.

• Design and enhance key-art for entertainment, fashion, and lifestyle brands
• Maintain a high level of design quality and create strong storytelling art compositions
• Manage and control the quality of all design services for clients
• Collaborate and communicate with international teams in India, US, and UK for design creation work
• Handle, assist, implement, and execute complete campaigns within given deadlines
• Foster positive relationships between creative departments and other agency functional areas
• Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day jobs
• Have 7-9 years of hands-on experience in key art designing
• Stay updated with the latest trends in entertainment and gaming art design
• Work on Indian and global IPs with confidence
• Learn from exceptional creative colleagues globally
• Have detailed knowledge of designing software like Photoshop
• Understand layout and design fundamentals
• Be operationally strong and capable of handling full cycle assignments
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Have knowledge of entertainment art and design (added advantage)
• Possess managing skills and a problem-solving attitude
• Be based in Mumbai for this hybrid role
