About The Position
The Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning is a key administrative role within the Clarkston School District, located at the Educator Support Center. This position reports directly to the Superintendent and is classified as a full-time exempt position. The Assistant Superintendent will assist in implementing district-wide initiatives, supervising the Teaching & Learning Department, and advising the Superintendent and Board of Directors on policy matters. The role requires a commitment to educator support and the ability to foster collaborative decision-making within the district. The position is open until filled, with a salary range of $132,385 to $141,300, plus additional benefits, based on the current Central Office Administrators Agreement.
