Assistant Sourcing Manager (3C Products)

As an Assistant Sourcing Manager at CASETiFY, you will play a crucial role in influencing the sourcing strategy objectives and targets for the company. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating vendor capabilities and performance, sourcing and developing products with vendors, and expanding or consolidating the vendor base when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for price negotiation, creating cost-saving plans, and managing lead-time negotiation and troubleshooting issues related to deliveries and quality. Your role will also involve maximizing cross-functional partnerships, monitoring the supply chain matrix, and executing production management to support overall business growth.

• Analyse, evaluate and improve vendor's capabilities and performance
• Source and develop products with vendors
• Expand or consolidate vendor base when appropriate
• Price negotiation and create detailed cost saving plans and methods
• Lead-time negotiation along with regular trouble shooting issues such as deliveries and quality issues
• Profitability and margin for the categories
• Ensure engagement and seamless transition from Product development to Production
• Maximize cross-functional partnerships to support business development, participate in long-term and short-term sourcing strategies to support overall business growth
• Monitor supply chain matrix
• Execute production management from cost/lead-time negotiation, supply chain mapping, risk assessment

• Strong knowledge of regional sourcing markets
• Experience in building and managing strong stakeholder relationships at both a local and global level
• Analytical skills to analyze, evaluate, and improve vendor's capabilities and performance
• Ability to source and develop products with vendors
• Knowledge of price negotiation and creating cost-saving plans and methods
• Negotiation skills for lead-time and troubleshooting delivery and quality issues
